Description
They are the most Salento olives of all, the same ones we use to produce Angelino oil. It is a very small olive but with a great character, it should be picked when it is black and has a unique flavor.
Also known as Saracena or Scurranese, it is an olive with great character, ideal for enriching dishes with wild herbs, excellent for making pizza sauce, perfect for flavouring the puccia salentina.
