Description
It is a condiment made with vegetables grown in open fields from April to May, and hand-picked from June to September. Vegetables that are dried naturally in the sun, and then processed by hand. Tomatoes, onions, capers, olives in a single mixture, seasoned and bottled with extra virgin olive oil.
Ingredients:
- sun dried tomatoes (45%),
- sunflower seed oil,
- onion,
- pitted "Leccina" olives,
- capers,
- extra virgin olive oil,
- whole salt,
- apple cider vinegar,
- lemon juice.
